Heated tobacco products (HTPs) are legally allowed in Nauru for sale and use. However, they may not be sold online or through vending machines. The law also requires HTPs to have health warnings on their packaging and imposes restrictions on their use in public places. Notably, there are no restrictions on their flavours.
