Indonesia has favourable regulations regarding Snus, permitting its sale and use. There are no restrictions on its flavour ranges. However, some restrictions remain in place: health claims on the product are not allowed, but health warnings on packaging are required. The excise tax rates are greater than 50%, or the equivalent, of those enforced on combustable cigarettes.
