In Ivory Coast, vaping is legally allowed including their sale and use. However, buying them through online channels and from vending machines is not permitted. Regulations also impose a complete ban on their advertising. Additionally, authorities should be notified of new vaping products before entering the market, and health warnings are required on their packaging. Notably, no restrictions exist on flavours.
