In Antigua and Barbuda, e-cigarettes are classified as Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), and it is prohibited to manufacture, import, distribute at wholesale, sell or display for sale ENDS or ENDS components, or bring them into the country. It is also prohibited to advertise and promote ENDS, or engage in sponsorship from ENDS companies. While there is no specific restriction on the use and possession of e-cigarette products, this is a moot point as they cannot be purchased inside the country or brought into the country in personal luggage or on the person, or via online purchase, as all these routes are classified as importation.
