В Зимбабве разрешено применение никотин-заместительной терапии (НЗТ), также законно использование, продажа и покупка препаратов НЗТ в аптеках по рецепту врача. Однако государство не предоставляет финансовой поддержки для покрытия стоимости НЗТ, поскольку такие препараты не включены в национальный перечень жизненно важных лекарственных средств и не регулируются как лекарственные препараты.
