Закон о табаке — Закон (1993:581) о табаке (статья 12 f) имплементирует статью 19 Директивы ЕС о табачных изделиях, которая распространяется на новые табачные изделия и применяется к стиковым табачным изделиям (ПНТ). Регулирование охватывает требования по отчётности, уведомлениям и предупреждающим надписям о вреде для здоровья. Агентство общественного здравоохранения Швеции обладает регуляторными полномочиями в отношении стиковых табачных изделий; однако на данный момент эти полномочия не применялись.
