В Сербии законодательство о рекламе (Официальный вестник Республики Сербия, № 6/2016) устанавливает ограничения на рекламу, продвижение и спонсорство, связанные с электронными сигаретами, жидкостями для них и комплектующими. Народная скупщина Республики Сербия в 2015 году ввела налог на все жидкости для электронных сигарет в размере 4 динара (0,04 доллара США) за миллилитр.
