In Paraguay, Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) are regulated as tobacco products and are allowed for sale and use. Sales of HTPs are not allowed through online channels but they can be found and purchased in general retail stores. The law does not allow health benefit claims about these products and requires manufacturers to place health warning on their packaging. Restrictions also exist on their flavours.
