В Непале отсутствуют специальные нормы, регулирующие стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ). Однако, поскольку они классифицируются и регулируются как табачные изделия, существуют определённые ограничения. Табачные изделия нельзя продавать несовершеннолетним (до 18 лет) и рекламировать или продвигать в любой форме. Их употребление запрещено в общественных местах. В столице Катманду продажа и использование табачных изделий запрещены.
