В Кирибати по состоянию на 2024 год распространённость курения табака среди взрослых в возрасте 15 лет и старше оценивалась в 36,2%. Этот показатель значительно выше среди мужчин — 49,5% по сравнению с 24,1% среди женщин. Общее число людей, которые курят, составляло примерно 30 000 в 2024 году.
