Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) are regulated as new smokeless tobacco products and are allowed in Greece including their online sales. HTPs can be found in general retail stores. The law requires health warnings on HTPs' packaging, and puts restrictions on their flavours. Notably, health benefit claims regarding these products are allowed.

Statistics indicate that the number of HTP users in Greece shows to have increased from an estimated 178,000 adult individuals to an estimated 247,553 individuals in 2023. This shows that the prevalence of HTP use has increased from 2.0% in 2020 to 2.8% in 2023. Also, daily use prevalence of HTPs among adult Greeks shows to have increased from 1.5% in 2020 to 2.6% in 2023.
