В Эфиопии после появления на рынке стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) были запрещены. Согласно действующим правилам, запрещён ввоз для коммерческих целей, продажа и реклама ПНТ. Однако ограниченное количество ПНТ допускается к ввозу для личного пользования.
