В Колумбии закон о контроле над табаком № 1335 от 2009 года относит электронные сигареты к имитациям табачных изделий, что фактически запрещает продажу, производство и рекламу или маркетинг электронных сигарет. Использование электронных сигарет само по себе не является незаконным, однако существует запрет на использование этих устройств в закрытых общественных местах и в общественном транспорте.
