Tradycyjny tytoń bezdymny jest w Zambii legalny i podlega regulacjom jako produkt tytoniowy, co oznacza, że jego sprzedaż i używanie są dozwolone, a zakup tych produktów przez internet jest możliwy. Opakowania muszą jednak zawierać ostrzeżenia zdrowotne, a minimalny wiek uprawniający do zakupu to 16 lat. Warto zaznaczyć, że nie wszystkie formy reklamy są zakazane.
