Używanie i sprzedaż tego produktu są legalne, a jego zakup przez internet również jest dopuszczalny. Obowiązuje jednak zakaz wszelkiej reklamy tytoniu bezdymnego. Na opakowaniach wymagane są ostrzeżenia zdrowotne, a sprzedaż jest ograniczona do osób, które ukończyły 18 lat.
