Wśród dorosłych mężczyzn obecnych użytkowników stanowiło 2,6%, natomiast wśród dorosłych kobiet tylko 0,2% zadeklarowało korzystanie z tych produktów. Tradycyjne bezdymne wyroby tytoniowe są dozwolone w Angoli i podlegają regulacjom jako wyroby tytoniowe. Ich zakup przez internet jest również legalny. Na opakowaniach tych produktów nie ma obowiązku umieszczania ostrzeżeń zdrowotnych, a sprzedaż nie jest objęta żadnym minimalnym wiekiem.
