Terapia zastępcza nikotynowa (NRT) jest dozwolona w Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich i legalne jest zarówno jej stosowanie, jak i sprzedaż produktów NRT. Zakup tych produktów bez recepty jest dopuszczalny. Są one dostępne w aptekach na terenie całego kraju. Rząd wspiera terapię NRT, częściowo pokrywając jej koszty.
