W Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich e-papierosy są dozwolone i objęte regulacjami. Sprzedaż urządzeń do wapowania oraz nikotyny jest legalna, a zakup nie wymaga recepty. Produkty do wapowania są reklamowane i dostępne zarówno online, jak i stacjonarnie, zgodnie z informacjami podanymi w niektórych źródłach internetowych. Minimalny wiek uprawniający do zakupu wynosi 18 lat, a stosowanie e-papierosów podlega pewnym ograniczeniom w miejscach publicznych; zaleca się więc, aby nie używać ich na przykład w placówkach edukacyjnych oraz w obiektach ochrony zdrowia. Podróżni powinni także upewnić się u przewoźników lotniczych, czy można przewozić produkty do wapowania na własny użytek. Według najnowszych dostępnych danych z 2017 roku, w Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich było około 48 200 użytkowników e-papierosów. U dorosłych rozpowszechnienie używania tych produktów wynosiło 0,6%, w tym 0,4% wśród kobiet i 0,8% wśród mężczyzn.
