En Zimbabue, la terapia de reemplazo de nicotina (TRN) está permitida, y es legal usar, vender y comprar productos de TRN en farmacias con receta médica. Sin embargo, el gobierno no brinda apoyo financiero para cubrir el costo de la TRN, ya que no figura en la lista nacional de medicamentos esenciales ni está regulada como un producto medicinal.
