En Lesotho, la prevalencia del consumo de tabaco entre adultos ha mostrado variaciones significativas en los últimos años. En 2022, se estimó que el 19.3% de la población adulta fumaba, con una marcada diferencia entre géneros: 39.2% en hombres y 0.4% en mujeres.
