En ese mismo año, la prevalencia total en adultos fue de 0.2%, sin casos reportados entre mujeres y con un 0.5% entre hombres. El tabaco sin humo está regulado como producto de tabaco en Kuwait. Su compra en línea es legal, pero toda forma de publicidad está prohibida. Se exige que los empaques incluyan advertencias sanitarias y existe una restricción de edad mínima de 21 años para poder adquirir productos de tabaco sin humo.
