En Jordania, en 2019 había 13,000 usuarios actuales de tabaco sin humo tradicional. La tasa de consumo en adultos fue de 0.2%, sin casos reportados entre mujeres y con un 0.4% entre hombres. Llama la atención que, aunque el uso diario entre hombres se reportó en 0%, hubo un pequeño porcentaje (0.1%) de uso diario entre mujeres. El producto está legalmente permitido y regulado como producto de tabaco; su uso, venta y compra en línea son legales, y se comercializa en el país. A pesar de la prohibición total de toda forma de publicidad, los productos de tabaco sin humo siguen estando disponibles. Es importante señalar que no existe la obligación de incluir advertencias sanitarias en el empaque, y la edad mínima legal para la compra es de 18 años.
