The law "On Protecting the Health of Citizens from the Effects of Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Product Consumption" (2013) explicitly prohibits the retail sale, advertising/promotion/sponsorship, distribution, manufacture, importation and use of e-cigarettes and snus.
