Senegal Background
Data sourced: 2025.   Page updated: 2025-03-03

In Senegal, e-cigarettes are banned, including their sale and advertisement. They are classified as tobacco products, meaning they are subject to the same regulations and restrictions. As a result it can be assumed that purchasing vaping devices or nicotine online for personal use is not allowed. Additionally, all packaging must include health warnings, and only individuals aged 18 and above can legally purchase these products. Vaping is also restricted in public places.
