In Niue, heated tobacco products (HTPs) are regulated as tobacco products and are legally allowed for sale and use. They can be imported for trade with an appropriate license. HTPs may be sold online but not via vending machines. The law also requires manufacturers to place health warnings on packaging of HTPs and imposes restrictions on their use in public places with a minimum legal age of 18 years for their sales.
