Algeria does not have any specific laws regarding Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs). However, the product is classified as a tobacco product. Based on this classification, some sources indicate that tobacco products can be imported for personal use in the country. There are no restrictions on the flavour range. Nonetheless, there are some important restrictions to consider: tobacco products must carry a health warning on the packaging, the minimum age for purchase is 18 years, and their use is prohibited in public places. Additionally, they cannot be marketed or advertised in any form.
