Qatar has strict regulations for Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs), imposing a regulatory ban on them. HTPs are classified as tobacco products, and according to these laws, the importation of HTPs for both trade and personal use, as well as their sale, purchase, marketing, and advertising in any form, are all prohibited. These bans may deprive smokers of access to potentially safer forms of nicotine, putting them at greater risk of smoking-related morbidities.
