В Тунисе использование никотин-заместительной терапии (НЗТ) разрешено, хотя связанные с ней препараты не регулируются как лекарственные средства. Таким образом, продажа препаратов НЗТ является законной, но их приобретение возможно только по рецепту. Препараты НЗТ доступны в аптеках по всей стране. Государственной поддержки НЗТ нет, поскольку эти препараты не включены в перечень основных лекарственных средств Туниса.
