В Сан-Томе и Принсипи, по оценкам Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ) за 2024 год, распространённость текущего курения среди взрослых мужчин в возрасте 15 лет и старше составила 9,4%, а среди женщин этот показатель был значительно ниже — 1%.
