В Перу курение разрешено законом. Продажа и импорт сигарет для коммерческого использования являются легальными, включая онлайн-покупки и продажу через торговые автоматы. В стране действуют несколько регулирующих мер, таких как обязательные предупреждения о вреде на упаковке, защищённой от детей, ограничения на курение в общественных местах и установленный минимальный возраст для покупки табака — 18 лет.
