В Панаме продажа стиковых табачных изделий (ПНТ), включая компоненты, являющиеся неотъемлемой частью этих изделий, запрещена в соответствии с Резолюцией № 0953 от 15 мая 2018 года. В этой резолюции также запрещается использование ПНТ в местах, где курить запрещено.
