Курение в Ниуэ разрешено законом при соблюдении определённых ограничений. Сигареты могут легально продаваться, в том числе через торговые автоматы и онлайн-магазины, однако продажа регулируется определёнными условиями. Минимальный возраст для покупки сигарет составляет 21 год. На территории Ниуэ осуществляется продажа сигаретной продукции, но любая реклама строго запрещена. Кроме того, на упаковках сигарет обязательны предупреждения о вреде для здоровья, а ввоз сигарет для коммерческих целей разрешён только при наличии соответствующей импортной лицензии. В 2021 году курение стало причиной 11,47% всех случаев смерти: 16,69% среди мужчин и 5,89% среди женщин.
