Курение сигарет в Гренаде разрешено законом при соблюдении определённых ограничений. Сигареты можно легально продавать и покупать, в том числе через интернет и торговые автоматы. Импорт сигарет с целью коммерческой реализации также допускается при наличии импортной лицензии. Табачные изделия рекламируются на территории страны, однако с определёнными ограничениями: действует полный запрет на рекламу сигарет. Минимальный возраст для продажи сигарет не установлен, также отсутствуют законодательные ограничения на курение в общественных местах. На эти товары установлен общий налог в размере 44%. В 2024 году общее число тех, кто курят в Гренаде, оценивалось в 12 000 человек. В 2021 году курение стало причиной примерно 39 смертей: 29 умерших были мужчинами, 10 — женщинами. Это означает, что в 2021 году курение стало причиной 3,54% всех смертей, включая 4,88% среди мужчин и 1,97% среди женщин.
