Хотя официальная статистика по использованию традиционных некурительных табачных изделий в Гвинее отсутствует, такие изделия разрешены и регулируются как табачная продукция. Использование и продажа некурительных табачных изделий легальны, также разрешены онлайн-покупки. Тем не менее, действует запрет на все формы рекламы, а на упаковках обязательно размещаются предупреждения о вреде для здоровья. В отличие от многих других стран, в Гвинее отсутствует минимальный возраст для продажи некурительных табачных изделий. Отсутствие возрастного ограничения может вызвать опасения по поводу доступа молодых людей к табаку.
