В Испании стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) регулируются как новые табачные продукты в соответствии с Королевским указом 579/2017. Соответственно, на них распространяется действие Закона 28/2005 «О санитарных мерах против курения и регулировании продажи, поставок, потребления и рекламы табачных изделий», который ограничивает продажу, рекламу, продвижение, спонсорство, а также использование в общественных местах.
