В Кипре использование электронных сигарет разрешено законом, однако к ним применяются определённые меры регулирования. Продажа и использование электронных сигарет разрешены, но приобретение через интернет или в торговых автоматах запрещено. Реклама данных изделий также подчиняется определённым ограничениям. Требуется уведомление о выводе новых продуктов, а вся продукция должна иметь упаковку, защищённую от детей и несанкционированного вскрытия, а также предупреждения о вреде здоровью на упаковке. Минимальный возраст для покупки — 18 лет. Кроме того, установлены ограничения на содержание никотина (не более 20 мг/мл) и объём резервуара (не более 2 мл). Осуществляются и ограничения по ассортименту вкусов, а также на использование электронных сигарет в общественных местах. В 2023 году в Кипре было около 40 700 человек, которые регулярно используют вейпы. Доля взрослого населения, регулярно использующего электронные сигареты, составила 4%, а доля тех, кто делает это ежедневно, — 2,5%. Согласно данным 2017 года, 21% взрослых сообщили, что когда-либо пробовали использовать электронные сигареты.
