В Австралии электронные сигареты запрещены для свободной розничной продажи и регулируются как лекарственные препараты. Таким образом, терапевтические вейпы с содержанием никотина 20 мг или ниже можно получить только по рецепту и приобрести в аптеках. Покупка или продажа электронных сигарет через интернет является незаконной, действует полный запрет на рекламу.
