Стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) в Афганистане запрещены законом. Согласно этим правилам, продажа, реклама и маркетинг ПНТ являются незаконными. Запрет на эти менее вредные никотиновые альтернативы по сравнению с традиционными сигаретами приведёт к росту спроса на сигареты в стране и увеличит риск развития заболеваний, связанных с курением.
