Активисты по контролю над табаком призывают правительство в Путраджае приравнять перезаправочные картриджи для ПНТ к табачным изделиям в вопросах налогообложения, упаковки, защищённой от детей, предупреждений о вреде для здоровья, возрастных ограничений и ограничений на применение в общественных местах.
