Согласно Глобальному индексу противодействия курению, никотиновые паучи разрешены в Объединённых Арабских Эмиратах (ОАЭ), включая их продажу, онлайн-покупку и использование. Допускается ввоз продукции для личного пользования, однако количество рекомендуется предварительно уточнить. При этом действуют определённые ограничения: запрещено делать заявления о пользе для здоровья, установлен минимальный возраст для покупки — 18 лет, а содержание никотина в одном пауче не должно превышать 16,6 мг. Кроме того, использование никотиновых паучей в общественных местах запрещено. Примечательно, что Tobacco Intelligence в том же году сообщила об отсутствии специальных законов, регулирующих никотиновые паучи в ОАЭ.
