En Nepal no existen regulaciones específicas para los productos de tabaco calentado. Sin embargo, como están clasificados y regulados como productos de tabaco, deben cumplir con ciertas restricciones. No se permite la venta de productos de tabaco a menores de 18 años ni su comercialización o publicidad de ninguna forma. Su uso está prohibido en lugares públicos. En la ciudad capital de Katmandú, está prohibido vender o consumir productos de tabaco.
