En Granada, fumar es legal con ciertas restricciones y está regulado como un producto de tabaco. Los cigarrillos pueden venderse y comprarse legalmente, incluso por internet y mediante máquinas expendedoras. Asimismo, se permite la importación de cigarrillos con fines comerciales siempre que se cuente con una licencia de importación. Los productos de tabaco se comercializan en Granada, pero bajo ciertas limitaciones. Existe una prohibición total de la publicidad de cigarrillos. Sin embargo, no hay una edad mínima legal para la venta de cigarrillos ni restricciones legales sobre fumar en lugares públicos. Estos productos están gravados con una tasa total de impuestos del 44%. En 2021, el tabaquismo en Granada provocó un estimado de 39 muertes, de las cuales 29 correspondieron a hombres y 10 a mujeres. Esto significa que fumar fue responsable del 3.54% de todas las muertes en 2021, incluyendo el 4.88% de las muertes de hombres y el 1.97% de las muertes de mujeres.
