En Brunei, los productos de tabaco calentado se regulan como “otros productos de tabaco” según el artículo 3 de la Orden sobre el Tabaco, que abarca cualquier producto de tabaco que pueda ser inhalado, masticado o consumido por vía oral (aparte de fumarlo).
