In Belarus, Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) are regulated as tobacco products and are allowed for sale and use. Sales through online channels is allowed but not via vending machines. The law requires mandatory health warnings on their packaging and enforces a minimum age requirement of 18 years for sales of these products. Restrictions exist on their flavours as well as on their use in public places.
