Tailandia prohíbe los productos de tabaco calentado (HTPs) por ley. Según la normativa vigente, está prohibido importar estos productos tanto para fines comerciales como para uso personal, así como venderlos, publicitarlos y promoverlos. No obstante, el uso de los HTPs en espacios públicos aún no está claramente definido.
