En Pakistán, los productos de tabaco calentado (HTPs) están permitidos legalmente. Según las regulaciones vigentes, los HTPs se consideran productos de tabaco y es legal venderlos, utilizarlos, comprarlos en línea y comercializarlos. Se permiten todos los sabores y no existe un impuesto especial de consumo. Sin embargo, todavía existen algunas restricciones: está prohibida la publicidad de estos productos, los fabricantes deben incluir advertencias sanitarias en los empaques y evitar hacer afirmaciones sobre beneficios para la salud, además de que la concentración de nicotina está limitada a 20 mg/ml. Asimismo, se establece una edad mínima de 18 años para adquirirlos y no está permitido su uso en lugares públicos. En general, Pakistán mantiene una postura relativamente favorable hacia los HTPs.
