В Нидерландах к стиковым табачным изделиям (ПНТ) применяется статья 19 Директивы ЕС о табачных изделиях, касающаяся новых табачных продуктов. Законодательство регулирует требования по отчётности, уведомлениям и маркировке с предупреждениями о вреде для здоровья.
