Электронные сигареты и другие устройства, содержащие никотин, классифицируются и регулируются как табачные изделия в соответствии с Законом Грузии о контроле над табаком 2017 года. Продажа электронных сигарет несовершеннолетним до 18 лет запрещена, а также запрещена продажа в местах, где могут находиться дети, например, в школах или магазинах игрушек. Продажа через торговые автоматы также запрещена, а розничная продажа через интернет ограничена. На упаковке должна размещаться предупреждающая надпись о вреде для здоровья. Реклама электронных сигарет, содержащих никотин, запрещена. Использование электронных сигарет (вейпинг) запрещено в общественных местах и в общественном транспорте.

Current use prevalence of HTP according to the most recent survey in EECA

The use of heated tobacco products mostly follows the trends observed in vaping in the EECA region. Once again, Belarus (3%), Ukraine (3%) and Georgia (2.3%) show a moderate but noteworthy presence of these products and their use. Moldova deviates from this pattern, with HTP use at 2.6%, while current vaping prevalence stands at only 0.7%. Similar to the low vaping prevalence, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan exhibit low rates of HTP use.
