В Фиджи Декрет о контроле над табаком (с поправками) 2014 года включает электронные сигареты, а также предусматривает их добавление в перечень табачных изделий согласно декрету о контроле над табаком 2010 года. Это означает, что продажа электронных сигарет несовершеннолетним (младше 18 лет) запрещена, как и их реклама или использование в общественном транспорте и ряде закрытых общественных мест. Реклама в местах продаж может содержать только наименование компании или торговую марку.
