В Эквадоре разрешена продажа и использование электронных сигарет, которые считаются «электронными системами доставки никотина» и включены в Указ № 1047, а также в Закон о регулировании и контроле табака 2011 года. Ограничения на курение в общественных местах распространяются и на электронные сигареты. Реклама электронных сигарет допускается только в местах, доступных исключительно взрослым. На электронные сигареты, не содержащие никотина, данные ограничения не распространяются.
